AMEX Qantas Premium Credit Card is a preferred travellers card for Australian residents. It guarantees a line of protection for frequent travellers wishing to receive travel related benefits and other rewards as they spend on everyday items.
Cardholders of American Express Premium card who spend on a Qantas product or service will receive free invitations to Qantas operated lounges twice a year. Each invitation is valid for a one-time visit to a lounge cited in the airport of departure.
On the rewards program, cardholders earn 1.25 points per dollar spent. Select products and services from Qantas award 2.25 points per dollar spent. Points are automatically credited into the Qantas Frequent Flyer program of which the cardholder must be a registered member. Rewards include free flight, merchandise and other freebies available on the program.
Benefits such as travel insurance, online fraud protection, 24hr customer support, and supplementary cards charging no annual fee serve as compensation for the $249 annual fee. A $100 saving on your annual Card fee for the first year, from $249 to $149
