Australians can enjoy great travel benefits with the Qantas AMEX Discovery Credit Card. The card gives you a variety of ways to earn bonus points when you first get the card by using it and making a minimum amount of purchases within the first three months.
As you make qualifying purchases, you earn points - at a point for every dollar. You'll then be able to use those points for flights on Qantas airlines, as well as their 27 partners to fly anywhere you want. The bonus points alone will be enough to get you from Melbourne to Sydney. In addition to travel, the card gives you retail protection for when you're not satisfied with a purchase, or if your purchase was lost or stolen.
If you lose your card on travel, they'll replace it, virtually anywhere that you are. Best of all, there's no annual fee on the card, which means you're not wasting money just to get benefits.
